Annual Christmas Party
(Sit Down Dinner, Dancing, Semi-Formal)

Please join us for our Annual Christmas Party. This is a semi-formal event with dinner and dancing. Dinner will be served promptly at 7:00pm. This is not a buffet style. Servers will be providing the meals at your table. Please make sure to have your ticket with you. If you are unable to make it when the meals are served, you may be served what is available instead of what is scheduled on the menu. This is the hotel policy and our association is charged extra for any special requests. We hope you all understand that we are trying to keep our cost down and still provide quality service for our Christmas party. We strive to provide everyone an enjoyable evening of gathering and hope that this will be a wonderful evening for all.

Christmas Party 2011

Christmas Party — December 17, 2011 — 6:00PM-11:30PM

Please mark your calendar for our Christmas party that will take place at Music City Sheraton hotel (777 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37214; phone# 615-885-2200). This is a semi-formal event with dinner and dancing. Guest will be served a three course meal that includes your choice of salad, a dual entrée dinner of chicken picatta and tender roast beef, mashed potatoes, vegetables, rolls, and your choice between New York cheesecake or carrot cake.

Ticket prices are as follows (TICKETS MUST BE PROVIDED TO SERVER)

13 yrs & above - $45 per person ($47 at the door)
7-12 yrs - $22 per person
3-6 yrs - $20 per person
2 & under - Free if sharing with parent’s plate & seat
